da bet nacional: According to Turkish media outlet Fotospor, Crystal Palace failed in a bid to bring Alexander Sorloth back to Selhurst Park next season by offering Christian Benteke to Trabzonspor, and Eagles fans have been quick to react on Twitter.
da gbg bet: The 23-year-old joined the Turkish club on a two-year loan deal during the summer transfer window following a nightmare first 12 months in south London in which he scored just one goal in 20 appearances in all competitions, and none in 16 outings in the Premier League.
He has fared much better with Trabzonspor this term, scoring nine goals and providing a further four assists in 20 matches – something which has reportedly caught the team from the English capital’s eye.
Fotospor say that Palace made an offer to the Turkish club that would have seen the Norway international return to SE25 in the summer, with Benteke going the other way – it was duly rejected by club officials.
Eagles supporters have been given their thoughts on the transfer story via social media, and while one said “is this a joke”, another said “no chance that’s true”.
To be fair to them, it is quite difficult to believe given what a flop Sorloth was in his first 12 months with Roy Hodgson’s men, as well as the fact they only handed Benteke a new contract extension in October.
